So, what can you expect from Decoding You?

This is an interactive, introspective, and educational website that will help Queer (LGBTQ+) folks with their mental and sexual health. The goal is to support the exploration of self and educate Queer folks on topics specific to the Queer community. (eg. self-exploration in internalized stigma).

This is a self-paced journey in which you will be confronted with a myriad of Queer topics. The website content is best viewed on a desktop, laptop, or tablet. At this time, Decoding You is available to view on a mobile device but it is not recommended. I know... the horror.

Just a heads up before you go, you might want to have a pen and paper handy or a journal.

There will be reflective questions to help support you on your journey.
